Missing End User License Agreement (EULA.txt) Error

Problem:

In the event that the EULA.txt file is missing or was not properly installed in the correct location, users may be unable to access EMBASSY Trust Suite. Users may receive an error stating, “The EULA.txt file is not found.”

Solution:

To resolve this issue, you will need to replace the missing EULA.txt file using the following instructions:
  1. Navigate to the following directory:
  2. Look for a file named EULA.txt. If it does not exist in this folder, please download the EULA.txt file (listed below).
  3. Move the EULA.txt file to the above directory to correct the error.
Once the file is in place, open EMBASSY Security Center. You will not be prompted to accept the End User License Agreement and should now be able to access the software.
