Error Enrolling Fingerprints
Problem:
An error has been encountered when enrolling prints. Possible error messages could include:- Fingerprint already enrolled
- An error occurred during Fingerprint Enrollment. Please try to re-enroll this fingerprint.
- Connect fingerprint sensor
Solution:
Solution for Fingerprint Already Enrolled:- Open EMBASSY Security Enter, and click on Enroll/Update.
- Run through the Wizard to remove all prints from the machine.
- Once the prints have been removed, you should be able to run through the Wizard a second time to enroll fresh prints.
- If there are no visible prints within ETS, please refer to the appropriate KB article below for the model of your machine to manually clear all prints:
