Error Enrolling Fingerprints

Problem:

An error has been encountered when enrolling prints. Possible error messages could include:

Solution:

Solution for Fingerprint Already Enrolled:
  1. Open EMBASSY Security Enter, and click on Enroll/Update.
  2. Run through the Wizard to remove all prints from the machine.
  3. Once the prints have been removed, you should be able to run through the Wizard a second time to enroll fresh prints.
  4. If there are no visible prints within ETS, please refer to the appropriate KB article below for the model of your machine to manually clear all prints:
